This is a CPD qualification that adds another layer to your existing level. Therefore if you are qualified to Level 4, this would be seen as Level 5, or if qualified to Level 5, would be Level 6.
Yes, with this course as an addition to your clinical supervision qualification, you will have the skills and competencies to run your own supervision groups.
You can gain confidence by running small groups of 2 or 3 supervisees and building on this.
